Position Summary
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enrollment Officer to drive its mission of Enrollment Services and Registration. In this pivotal role, the Enrollment Officer will be responsible for coordinating the processes associated with all aspects of student enrollment, providing effective and efficient support to prospective students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff. Operating within university policy, procedure, and guidelines under the Enrollment Services Manager supervision they guide individuals through the selection of their program, relaying and disseminating information concisely and accurately about the university and its programs, supporting the objectives of student recruitment.  If you're an innovative leader with a passion for support students, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
1.    Review and process student applications in accordance with university and ministerial regulations.
2.    Ensure all admissions decisions comply with applicable policies and standards.
3.    Provide guidance to students and applicants on university procedures.
4.    Support applicants in completing online applications accurately and on time.
5.    Collect, verify, and process admission documents promptly.

Ideal Candidate Profile
1.    Ability to work with digital technologies relative to customer relationship management, student information systems, and Microsoft Office.  
2.    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under pressure and maintain relevant proficiency and knowledge.  
3.    Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling for enrollment and retention forecasting.
4.    Expertise in managing and securing sensitive student data within Student Information System Expertise in managing and securing sensitive student data within Student Information Systems (SIS).
5.    Capability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations to achieve institutional goals.

Education and Experience

•    Required Education: Undergraduate bachelor's degree with preference in business studies, marketing, public relations or equivalent.  

•    Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years of experience in preferably a similar environment and areas of the job role. 

•    Specific Skills or Expertise: Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task handling several projects at once, and accuracy. 

•    Personal Attributes: Demonstrate proficiency in integrity, respect and inclusion, adaptability, knowledge and thinking skills, and self-awareness and professionalism.
