We are seeking  a detail-oriented Operational Finance Manager to join our team. Manage payments, ensure timely collections, and prepare financial reports, preferably know how to deal with ERPs, preferably QuickBook, and must be from Al-Kharkh.

Location: Baghdad, Hay Aljameaa, Iraq

Salary range : 800,000 - 1,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payment processes for logistics and freight forwarding shipments.
  • Follow up with SoAs, banks, and other parties for timely payments.
  • Follow-up on payment with venders, agents, and brokers.
  • Accurate data-entry for QuickBook, and logistic software.
  • Able to calculate taxes and vats.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of SoAs, banking processes, and payment collection procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
