Spa & Wellness Operations Manager - Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to Spa and Wellness facility, ensuring seamless operations
  • Mentor and train junior recreation team members, supporting the Director of Spa
  • Supervise recreational Legends (attendants, lifeguards, personal trainers)
  • Plan and implement recreational programs, demonstrating budgeting and financial management
  • Co-ordinate with spa departments and organizations for an exceptional guest experience
  • Ensure safety in gym and pool areas, maintaining facilities to high standards
  • Oversee designated recreation facilities and programs, assisting in day-to-day operations
  • Conduct staff training, mentor Wellness team, and promote performance incentives
  • Implement cleaning and maintenance checklists, optimizing revenue through upselling
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest service, promptly addressing and resolving concerns
