We're looking for a talented Certification Manager  to join our team in Iraq - Erbil.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of industry experience with min. 2 years' experience in conducting 2nd or 3rd party audits.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified Lead Auditor for QMS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Kurdish, Arabic and English language.
  • Good technical reporting skills in the English language
  • Able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Main Responsibilities: 

  1. Setting up, co-ordinating, delegating, supervising, and managing the overall certification organisation;
  2. Adjusting commercial/operational activities on strategic, tactical, and operational level;  Feedback to management team and other departments; 
  3. To lead and steer the operational organisation performing their activities within the framework of CER MS, Code of Ethics,  BV group policy and requirements of all licences to operate;   Managing PNL of certification services in the country;  
  4. Defining Sales, operational and technical KPIs within the action plan.
  5. Execution and  monitoring  of  operational  performance  (Sales,  Revenue,  Productivity Ratio, Operating Profits etc)
  6.  Analyse  &  Review  monthly  results  and  initiate  corrective  actions  (including  market  / competitors / customers / key events).
  7. Protect and manage LTO's (Licence to Operate) 
  8. Managing the resources to deliver these services.
