Objectives:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing the project on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining quality standards and meeting objectives. They oversee the project's final phases and ensure a smooth transition to the operational phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the project to ensure it meets all objectives, scope, and quality standards.
  • Organize and archive all project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate inspections to confirm compliance with safety codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Review and reconcile project finances, including budgets, expenses, and outstanding payments.
  • Address any remaining defects or issues identified during final inspections.
  • Collaborate with management for a smooth transition from construction to operation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project performance, budget utilization, timelines, and outstanding issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Iraq, with at least 2 years of experience in Erbil.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to create detailed maps and drawings.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects at the point of completion.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
