Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (coordinating with the recruitment agency, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote a positive work environment through open communication and collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Assist with the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with laws regarding employee compensation and benefits.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with current regulations and company practices.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree (minimum)
  • 1 year of HR experience
  • 3+ years of private sector job experience
  • Proficiency in English (good and above)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office apps
