مسؤوليات الوظيفة ومعايير الأداء:

اولا: الإشراف

  1. الإشراف على دراسة احتياجات الشركة من التوظيف وفق الهيكل التنظيمي المعتمد
  2. الإشراف على وضع خطط التدرج الوظيفي للعاملين والتأكد من تطبيقها.
  3. ادارة واشراف على عملية إعداد خطط التدريب والتطوير الوظيفي
  4. الإشراف على تقييم أداء الموظفين ومعايير القياس وتطبيقه ضمن إطار زمني محدد.
  5. الإشراف على وضع السياسات والإجراءات واللوائح والنظم الداخلية للشركة وتطويرها بما يتناسب مع ظروف العمل والتأكد من عدم تعارضها مع قوانين العمل

ثانيا: التوظيف

  1. الإشراف على اعداد وتنفيذ خطط التوظيف للوظائف الشاغره بالشركة
  2. وضع السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالتوظيف.

ثالثا: إدارة نظام الأجور والحوافز:

  1. وضع وإعداد السياسات الخاصة بنظام الرواتب والعلاوات والترقيات والحوافز .
  2. وضع السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بتقييم الأداء وربطها بالمرتبات.
  3. الاشراف على وضع نظم الحوافز وربطها بنتائج الاعمال.

رابعاً : التدريب والتطوير الوظيفي

  1. وضع السياسات الخاصه بتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للعاملين بالشركة ومراجعة وإعتماد خطة التدريب السنوية
  2. الإشراف على تقييم نتائج الدورات التدريبية.
  3. وضع سياسات وخطط التدريب الداخلي ومتابعة تنفيذها

خامسا: قياس الكفاءة وتقييم الأداء

  1. تحليل نتائج تقييم الأداء وربطها بزياده المرتبات .
  2. تحديد المكافآت والحوافز .
