Objectives:

Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites and creating visual elements that align with our client's branding. In addition, you will work closely with our web development team to ensure proper and free implementation. Candidates need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software.

Responsibilities: 
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to backend developers.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. 
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Build web applications with web development best practices.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Creative and open to new ideas.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. 
  • Testing and improving the design of the website. 
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Proven work experience as a Web Designer, applicant should show his/her previous works. 
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator, XD, and other visual design and wireframing tools. 
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages and Tools such as HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. 
  • Understanding of SEO principles. 
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. 
  • Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The English & Kurdish Languages are a must, and Arabic is a plus.
