About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Baghdad.
In this role, you will provide reliable HR administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all processes. You'll work under the guidance of the HR Manager and collaborate closely with managers and employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment, mobility, training, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate HR programs engagement surveys, and local initiatives.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries, providing timely and service-oriented HR support.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and communication materials.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Service-minded, professional, and collaborative, with high integrity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Iraq for trainings or authority visits.
