Objectives:

The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing dynamic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and drive lead generation for the client's products and services.

Responsibilities:
Develop and produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various social media platforms.Create compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and align with overall brand messaging.Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.Foster positive relationships with the online community and address inquiries or concerns effectively.Conceptualize and produce trendy and visually appealing reels, incorporating video capture and montage techniques.Stay abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into content creation to keep the brand relevant.Coordinate with other departments to gather content and insights for more impactful and cohesive campaigns.Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic for effective communication.Strong creative thinking skills to craft visually appealing and engaging content.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive relationships online.Proven time management skills to meet content creation and posting deadlines.Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and adjust content strategies based on analytics and emerging trends.
