Yona is a store specialized in selling high end fashion items from high end international designers and currently looking for Sales associates

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Customers: Welcoming shoppers and offering assistance to make them feel comfortable.
2. Product Knowledge: Being knowledgeable about products and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
3. Assisting with Purchases: Helping customers find items, answering questions, and suggesting products.
4. Handling Transactions: Processing sales, returns, and exchanges, often using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
5. Maintaining Store Appearance: Keeping shelves stocked, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
6. Meeting Sales Goals: Encouraging sales by upselling or cross-selling products to meet targets. Taking customers contact information and sending them newsletters daily on new releases in the store via WhatsApp.
7. Providing After-Sales Service: Addressing customer concerns and assisting with post-purchase support.

Time: Two shifts (Morning or Evening)

Salary: 1,000,000 IQD +commission from the sales

Location: Baghdad - Al- Mansour
