Job Overview:

Were looking for a driven Sales Development Associate to help grow Boxys merchant network. Youll reach out to leads, explain our logistics solutions, qualify their interest, and close deals with merchants ready to join. If youre persuasive, energetic, and excited to support a fast-growing startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential merchants and qualify their interest in Boxys services.

  • Clearly communicate Boxys value proposition and answer basic inquiries.

  • Identify merchant needs and determine if they are a good fit for our logistics solutions.

  • Schedule follow-up calls or demos for the Sales Lead to close the deal.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with warm leads to convert interest into onboarding.

  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

  • Close deals with interested merchants and guide them through the onboarding steps.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Comfortable with high-volume calling.

  • Basic CRM knowledge (training provided).

  • Organized, reliable, and proactive.

  • Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is a must

  • Previous experience in working at a delivery-logistics company is a plus.

  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Karkh residents preferred

Working Hours:

  • Location: Fully onsite in Baghdad, Hay Al-Jamea

  • Schedule: 6 days a week

  • Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Day Off: 1 day per week
