Automotive Technical Trainer

Objectives:

The Technical Trainer will be developing technical programs and help employees to develop technical skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for employees across all levels of the organization, with a focus on automotive engineering and technology.Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas where technical training is required and design training programs to meet those needs.Deliver training in a variety of formats, including classroom-based sessions, online training, and on-the-job training.Develop and maintain training materials, including training manuals, presentations, and multimedia resources.Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management and participants.Collaborate with subject matter experts and other trainers to ensure that training programs are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the organization.Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development and enhance their technical skills.Conduct non-technical trainings for: Sales team - Service advisorStay up-to-date with advances in automotive technology and industry trends to ensure that training programs reflect the latest knowledge and best practices.Qualifications & Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in technical training, preferably in the automotive industry (preferably with Chinese and Japanese Brands).Strong knowledge of automotive engineering and technology, including an understanding of the latest trends and innovations in the industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical information in an engaging and understandable manner.Very good computer skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
