Operations Supervisor

Job Purpose Responsible for total operations performance and to plan, oversees the actual work of a team, preparing, installing, or running equipment. May be required to go to the field if operations dictate. Oversees a process or a business activity that require regular monitoring of work activity; assigning and/or delegating individuals to schedules; moving assets / resources, administering policies and/or procedures across staff areas; interacting with multiple parties internal & external to organize activities / people. Compiles reports concerning progress of work and utilization of personnel.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate safety meetings, oversee Job Hazard Analysis updates, evaluate near misses and perform Root Cause Analysis for all incidents; investigate accordingly and provide corrective actionsDemonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premisesMaintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices and complies with the Company's Rules to Live ByPlaces Quality, Health & Safety, Security and protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers or the communities in which we live and work at riskSeeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectationsSupervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premisesSkills Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch and track resources in support of job tickets.Proven focus on customer service and delivery with an extensive knowledge of oilfield equipment, parts, and services.Ability to work in high pressure situations, balancing both client and business expectations.Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.Advanced computer skillsStrong leadership skillsMulti-tasking abilityAbility to comprehend, understand and implement a Quality and Safety EnvironmentProven people-management, organizational- and team skillsEnthusiastic, pro-active and the ability to carry out tasks under instructionGood mentoring / leadership skillProblem SolvingQualificationsMinimum 8 years' experience in Wireline Operations and 2 years as Operations Supervisor/Operation coordinator role.
