Job Identification

We are looking for Channel Finance Executive to be part of our Finance team located in Iraq.

What we expect
  • Financial Review and Approval: Evaluate and approve customer financials and profitability analyses.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely, detailed reporting for each customer, segmented by channel.
  • Investment Returns: Ensure optimal returns on CCI investments, including DME, coolers, and B&C.
  • Sales Facilitation: Support sales efforts through effective negotiation to enhance customer retention and conversion rates.
  • Market Assessment: Analyze the impact of competitive strategies, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Budgetary Control: Ensure stringent budgetary control procedures for DME investments.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reporting of Net Sales Revenue (NSR) and profitability by channel, Area Sales Manager (ASM), and sales centers.
  • Action Plans: Develop recommendations and action plans to address gaps versus the plan/business plan, presenting these to the sales leadership and leadership team.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct NSR benchmarking by sales center, ASM, and channel to identify and act on performance improvements.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee revenue growth management and ensure accurate NSR reporting compared to the business plan and last year’s figures.
  • NSR Metrics: Track NSR as a percentage of Gross Sales Revenue (GSR).
  • Discount Analysis: Monitor discounts as a percentage of GSR.
  • Outlet Performance: Evaluate outlet performance and profitability, devising strategies to manage and rationalize investments in non-performing outlets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in related filed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Level in English, to communicate effectively
  • Analytical skills
  • Proficient with MsOffice especially MsExcel
  • Knowledge of CCI Systems (SAP System, BOFC Reporting System)
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams
  • Accounting and Financials Skills
