Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.

Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and management of all contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities.

  • The PM shall be the contractor’s interface to the KO and/or their designated representative (COR/ACOR) and shall be available as necessary during all duty hours and have the authority to meet with the KO or COR/ACCR to discuss and resolve task order matters

  • Maintain 100% accountability and awareness of all personnel at all times when contractor personnel are deployed including an accurate listing of all Regional Managers (RM) and Program Management Administrative Support / Site Leads with contact information and provide updates to the COR as changes occur.

  • Maintain a daily status report (DSR) (SIPRNET) for accountability with random COR inspection.

  • Status of contractor personnel delivered via weekly status report (NIPRNET).

  • GFE and CAP Accountability

  • Compile daily activities reports on a weekly basis for inspection by COR, Government lead, or TPOC. Provide a Monthly Status Report. Develop a plan for continuation of services described in Part 1 paragraph entitled “Continuity of Operations Plan (COQP)” and deliver the OPSEC SOP/Plan

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and current information automation and dissemination (KM) tools such as SharePoint or other KM tools

  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team

Clearance Required:

  • Secret

Minimum Education:

  • Former Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Associate degree or four years of relevant experience

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • At least two years working experience in the Government as either a Government or contractor employee providing administrative contract or logistical management support
