We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Lead to oversee the development of our civil engineering projects in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all civil engineering activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil projects within the oil and gas sector.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of civil and infrastructure engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
