
Strategic Service Delivery Leader

The Project Director is the core operational enabler supporting the medical team in delivering a high-level service under contract. The role provides key practical interface support for personnel, logistical, and operational integration with external agencies.
This position collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the site management team in ensuring services meet client requirements within contractual and legal frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily medical services operations and acting as the primary point of contact with Prime Program Management.
- Managing the administration, conduct, and performance of staff, including leave and rest schedules, duty rosters, employee discipline, pay, allowances, travel, security, insurance coverage, and general welfare of contracted employees.
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Leading personnel induction activities on site.
- Oversight of ongoing training plans for facilities.
- Meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Scheduling project deliverables and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Compiling status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their implementation.
- Facilitating change requests to inform all stakeholders of impacts on schedule and budget.
- E nsuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies are implemented and followed by all staff.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction during project transition periods.
- Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Assisting the Director of Clinical Operations in developing yearly budgets.
- Responsibility for deliverables including but not limited to Daily Personnel Status Reports and Monthly Financial Reports.
- Providing commercial support.
- Completing required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in challenging geographical locations.
- Experience working in a busy medical clinic is essential.
- A medical background is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience leading large teams of clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Knowledge of clinical administrative processes.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of clinical administrative processes.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of electronic medical records systems.
- Computer skills and ability to operate MS Office with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
