Job Title: Nurse - Quality Improvement and Education

Description:

The Clinical Quality Nurse plays a vital role in coordinating, implementing, and evaluating quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care. This role involves managing onboarding and continuing competency requirements for all staff levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement department-specific orientation programs for new staff in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain, schedule, and present ongoing training and competency programs to ensure high-quality care.
• Facilitate activities related to quality and performance improvement programs in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve workflow processes and patient engagement.
• Support project leadership with training and development of clinical and annual competencies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years of experience as an RN, current state licensure, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems. Additionally, you must have high fluency in both oral and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in direct patient care and remote sites is highly preferred.
