Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the quality control and assurance processes for our large-scale infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing effective QA/QC strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality management system that meets international standards
  • Oversight of QA/QC functions across engineering, procurement, and site execution
  • Creation and management of key quality documents such as ITPs, PQMPs, NCRs, IRs/RFIs
  • Coordination of inspections with third parties, clients, and regulatory authorities
  • Maintenance of compliance with ISO, IEC, and project-specific standards
  • Leadership of a multidisciplinary QA/QC team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Power System preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with high-voltage or large-scale construction works is preferred
  • Proven success in managing quality systems for technically complex environments

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and QA methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PDF markup, and quality reporting systems
  • Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
