We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team at Nathan HR Human Resources. This role will be based out of Iraq and will involve managing and supporting various IT infrastructure towers, ensuring system performance and availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and infrastructure support, with experience in ITIL processes and hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, networks, telecoms, Windows, and Linux technologies.

Responsibilities will include infrastructure support, rollout and training, license management, asset management, planning and coordination, server room activities, identity management, and end-user support.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, 1-3 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, and familiarity with telecom, server, and desktop infrastructure in the Oil & Gas upstream sector.

The work schedule will involve working for 3 months (7-days a week) followed by 1 month of leave, or 6 months of work followed by 1 month of leave. Company-sponsored air tickets will be provided during the leave month, but only the basic salary will be paid.
