**Job Title:** Process Operations Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver process operations training sessions, both theoretical and practical, to local operations technicians and engineers.

- Conduct written and practical assessments to evaluate trainee competence.

- Maintain accurate records of training progress, course completion, attendance, and any issues encountered.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A master's degree in chemical engineering or a bachelor's degree with substantial industry experience.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in refinery operations, ideally in roles such as operations supervisor or senior operations engineer.

- Significant hands-on experience with refinery unit operations.

- At least 5 years of instructional experience, including the development and delivery of industry-specific training programs.
