Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the maintenance and setup of local area networks, including infrastructure (routers, switches, appliances, and other components), servers (general computation, print, and storage), and client devices (desktop or laptop PCs and mobile devices).

  • Perform support tasks for systems and servers, handling Linux or Windows-based environments.
  • Configure and install network equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and manage various systems, including Identity Management Systems, CCTV, Email systems, Storage arrays and clusters, Firewalls, Network monitoring systems, PBX and Call Manager, Web servers, Load Balancers, Backup and Data protection software, Databases, DNS, NTP.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • One of the following certifications: RHCSA, MSCA, CompTIA Server+, Linux+, Security+, VCP-DCV, CCNA Collaboration.
  • At least two years of experience in IT system/hardware administration support.
