Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled, organized and proactive professional to support the CEO of our organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess exceptional organizational skills and have a strong command of office applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and senior management, board members and external partners.
  • Draft and proofread emails, reports and other documents in both English and Arabic.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and visual materials.
    • Familiarity with office management tools and software.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
