- Follows Material Design Guidelines for consistent UI/UX.

- Can design Flutter apps from scratch, making them visually appealing.

- Proactively learns and takes on responsibilities.

- Focuses on building resilient systems with high coding standards.

- Identifies and addresses issues promptly for quality software.

- Excellent communication and planning skills for smooth project delivery.

- Track record of successful Flutter app publications showing proficiency in the full mobile development lifecycle.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
