The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving DrCubes sales objectives and enhancing student engagement across public groups and platforms. This individual will lead sales efforts, coordinate between team leaders and supervisors, and ensure a high level of organizational efficiency. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to optimize sales strategies and team performance.

  • Set and achieve monthly and annual sales goals for educational services.
  • Develop and implement attractive promotional campaigns to attract potential students via Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.

2. Managing Public Groups | إدارة الكروبات العامة
  • Expand student participation in public groups assigned to each academic stage.
  • Curate engaging and valuable content, such as free lectures, motivational questions, and study tips.
  • Facilitate smooth communication within groups to address queries and promote paid courses effectively.

  • Provide strategic direction and problem-solving support to supervisors to meet targets.
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
