Abriz Hall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of events and celebrations hosted at our venue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. This role requires coordinating with various teams and ensuring the seamless execution of each event from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Event Planning and Coordination:

  1. Oversee the planning and execution of all events and celebrations held at Abriz Hall.
  2. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
  3. Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and expectations for their event.

- Team Coordination:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, decoration, technical support, and security, to ensure smooth event operations.
  2. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

- On-Site Event Management:

  1. Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place and functioning as planned.
  2. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.

- Client Relations:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

- Budget Management:

  1. Assist in developing and managing event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits.
  2. Track and report on event-related expenses and revenues.
