 Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources;, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Automate reporting to enhance efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, translate business questions into data solutions, and present complex findings clearly to all audiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify optimization opportunities, stay updated on Fintech and data trends, and contribute to data governance best practices.

Requirements

  •    Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science). Master's preferred.
  • years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in Fintech or financial services
