Supply Chain Associate

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Iraq

• Managing physical inventory aging and ensuring accurate stock rotation.
• Performing physical count of finished goods (FG) and empties, with system updates.
• Sorting and segregation of wastages/fluffy stocks and maintaining proper records.
• Data entry and document preparation in BASIS (Outload/STN/STO).
• Daily reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Inventory reconciliation between book and physical stocks.
• Managing accurate records of warehouse transactions.
• Recording repair and maintenance activities in SAP and maintaining physical documentation.
• Loading and unloading finished goods and related items for the plant.
• Monitoring and improving warehouse efficiency and asset utilization

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Pre-Intermediate level in English (and local language if an expat).
• Familiarity with WH Management Systems and SAP is a plus
