Job Description :

The OPS Supervisor will be responsible for managing partnerships with tutoring centers, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring that operational procedures are followed. The role involves coordinating with institutes to ensure that they meet the standards and that all necessary resources are available for exam preparation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Facilitating communication between Abwaab and the Totering Center.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events.
  • Supervising offline exams and teacher assistance performance.
  • Track totering center financial progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handling Totering Center inquiries and resolving issues.

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
  • Experience with office management, scheduling, and customer service is beneficial.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Basic understanding of database management and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
