The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company's real estate operations in Iraq, ensuring effective financial planning, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and project profitability. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and performance indicators.Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.Develop and implement financial strategies to support project development and investment decisions.Monitor and control project costs, payments, and revenue recognition.Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.Manage and supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.Provide financial insights to support management in decision -making and long -term planning.Develop financial models for feasibility studies and project evaluations.Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.Strong understanding of financial management, investment analysis, and cost control in real estate projects.Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and financial reporting systems.Strong analytical, problem -solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
