Production Head

As the Production Head at C Agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our photography and videography projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of creativity and quality. Your expertise in production processes, team management, and technical skills will be instrumental in achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Lead and inspire a team of photographers, videographers, and production assistants.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and professional growth.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.Project Management:Manage and oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to post-production, for photography and videography projects.
Plan and allocate resources, including equipment, crew, and budgets, to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client deadlines.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.Quality Assurance:Maintain a high standard of creative excellence and quality control throughout the production process.
Review and provide feedback on concept development, storyboards, shot lists, and scripts to ensure alignment with project goals.
Conduct regular reviews of photography and videography work, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities.Technical Expertise:Possess a deep understanding of photography and videography techniques, equipment, and software.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cameras, lenses, lighting, editing software, and other relevant tools.
Advise and guide the team in using the appropriate equipment and techniques to achieve desired creative outcomes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth production processes.Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, freelance talent, and industry professionals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide creative input, and address any concerns or challenges.
Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase the team's work, explain production processes, and address client queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in photography and videography production, with a focus on managing teams.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing creative teams.
- Strong knowledge of photography and videography techniques, equipment, and post-production processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
