As a seasoned Building Management Systems (BMS) professional, we're seeking a skilled engineer to spearhead the configuration, programming, and commissioning of BMS systems. This includes working with prominent platforms like Honeywell and Johnson Controls.

Responsibilities will include designing and implementing sequences of operation, control logic, wiring diagrams, and I/O schedules for various building systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, control panels, and related field devices.

A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in BMS installation, programming, and commissioning is required. Proficiency in communication protocols such as BACnet (IP/MSTP), Modbus RTU/TCP, and IP networking is also essential.

Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with consultants, facility managers, contractors, and internal automation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Strong working knowledge of Honeywell EBI/CIPer and Johnson Controls Metasys systems
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, control panels, and related field devices
  • Proficient in communication protocols like BACnet (IP/MSTP), Modbus RTU/TCP, and IP networking
