Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Door Ambassador.

This role requires someone who is welcoming, courteous and professional in their demeanor. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at or leaving the hotel and your warm smile and friendly greeting will set the tone for their stay.

As a Front Door Ambassador you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and courteous manner.
  • Assisting with luggage and coordinating with the Bell Team for smooth service.
  • Offering directions, general information and assistance when required.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front drive and entrance area.
  • Ensuring safety and order at all times by monitoring the hotel entrance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or Front Office environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
  • A friendly personality with a high level of hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
