We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous individual to join our Front Office team as a Bellman. This is a guest-facing role that requires energy, hospitality, and a desire to create positive impressions.

  2. Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  4. Perform tasks as per operational standards and align with our company's values and core behaviors.
  5. Regularly check equipment and report any issues to the IT or Engineering department.
  6. Handle guest complaints and concerns, reporting them to your manager for prompt resolution.
  7. Evaluate the efficiency of luggage handling processes and implement improvements where necessary.
  8. Parking of guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring safety and security.
  9. Resolve guests' complaints and requests, liaising with relevant departments for timely follow-up.
  10. Issue guest room key cards and maintain effective control measures for guest security.
  11. Report unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk for further action.
  12. Maintain the clean, safe, and hygienic maintenance of the Concierge Desk area.
  13. Assist with lobby paging services under the supervision of the Concierge.
  14. Familiarize guests with hotel facilities and services through suggestive selling techniques.
