Customer Service Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, support team members, and act as a key point of contact for customers.

This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth, efficient check-in/check-out procedures.

  • Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of Customers.
  • Register and process check in for all arrivals.
  • Update and check customer information into the computer after a complete check in.
  • Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon Customers' departure.
  • Drive Upselling and exceed the monthly targets.
  • Provide friendly, smooth, courteous service to customers and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all times.
  • Resolve customers' complaints/requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow up.
  • Handle issuance of customer room key cards and ensure effective control for customer security.
  • Check and convey message to Customers.
  • Assist at the reception desk, Foreign Exchange, Night Audit and the Business centre, as and when assigned.
  • Over credit limit report to be checked and files on daily basis.
  • Housekeeping discrepancy report checked and filed on daily basis.
  • Liaise with Guest Relations / Concierge for action plans on group arrivals/departures.
  • Review logbook, verify outstanding and follow up pending. Identify if any special assignment for the day.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service operations and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail.
