Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Spa Operations Manager to lead our spa operations.

This role involves overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, knowledge of spa treatments and products, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the spa team, managing inventory and supplies, and collaborating with the hotel's wellness and marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead and support the spa team, including therapists and receptionists.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a spa or wellness supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
