Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic Guest Experience Manager to lead our guest relations efforts and ensure seamless guest satisfaction from arrival to departure .

  • The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in guest relations or front office supervision, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • A strong background in problem-solving and decision-making is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet VIP and returning guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and meet their preferences and expectations.

Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Maintain accurate records of guest profiles and preferences for future visits.

Train and guide team members to ensure adherence to service standards.

Support in organizing special events, amenities, and welcome arrangements.

Monitor online reviews and guest satisfaction scores, and implement action plans for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations or front office supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident presence.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel software systems is preferred.
