HSE Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HSE training programs to industry personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive HSE induction courses covering both theoretical and practical components.
  • Facilitation: Train critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards and handling, and isolation protocols.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and ability to apply safety standards and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks, strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, confidence in presenting to groups.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
