**Job Title:** HSE Safety Training Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Instructor to deliver high-quality training programs for HSE technicians and engineers in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage participants effectively in both classroom and on-site training settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HSE induction courses covering theoretical and practical components.
  • Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards, and maintenance work safety.
  • Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding of safety standards and procedures.


Requirements and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering HSE training programs, including designing training materials and assessments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confidence in presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions in diverse environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
