The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, leveraging their extensive knowledge of refinery operations and associated safety risks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling them to facilitate interactive discussions and assessments.

A strong background in safety management, coupled with experience in developing and implementing training materials, is essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, is required.

The Energy sector requires professionals who can think critically and strategically, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. As a Freelance HSE Instructor, you will work independently to develop and deliver bespoke training solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

Requirements and Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering HSE training programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations and their application in an oil and gas environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
