Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily production operations and drive smooth, safe, and efficient shift performance. This role is crucial in maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and guiding the production team to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety systems to maintain a healthy working environment.
  • Supervise production lines (Boards and Tiles) to achieve production targets and plans.
  • Lead production teams, including operators and engineers, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Track raw material usage by quantity and quality to optimize efficiency.
  • Document all production, mechanical, and electrical issues during the shift, along with corrective actions taken.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production staff.
  • Maintain accurate shift performance records and communicate effectively with leadership on shift outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • Prior experience in shift supervision in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with good documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Familiarity with production machinery and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts.
