1. Ticketing and Reservations | التذاكر والحجوزات
   • Manage ticketing services with accuracy and efficiency.
   • Handle bookings for tickets, hotel reservations, tours, transfers, and travel insurance worldwide.
   • Ensure seamless coordination with clients to confirm and finalize reservations.
   • إدارة خدمات التذاكر بدقة وكفاءة.
   • إجراء الحجوزات للتذاكر، وحجوزات الفنادق، والجولات، وخدمات النقل، والتأمين على السفر في جميع أنحاء العالم.
   • ضمان التنسيق السلس مع العملاء لتأكيد وإنهاء الحجوزات.
2. Customer Service | خدمة العملاء
   • Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide timely solutions.
   • Address customer concerns and ensure a high standard of service.
   • Maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
   • مساعدة العملاء في استفسارات السفر وتقديم حلول مناسبة وفي الوقت المناسب.
   • معالجة مشاكل العملاء وضمان مستوى عالٍ من الخدمة.
   • الحفاظ على الاحترافية والتركيز على العميل في جميع التفاعلات.
3. Operational Accuracy | الدقة التشغيلية
   • Ensure precise data entry for bookings, payments, and records.
   • Manage reservations within defined timelines to meet client expectations.
   • Regularly update booking platforms and maintain accurate documentation.
   • ضمان إدخال البيانات بدقة للحجوزات والمدفوعات والسجلات.
   • إدارة الحجوزات ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة لتلبية توقعات العملاء.
   • تحديث منصات الحجز بانتظام والحفاظ على وثائق دقيقة.
4. Coordination and Collaboration | التنسيق والتعاون
   • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth service delivery.
   • Work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and resolve operational challenges.
   • التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين لضمان تقديم الخدمات بسلاسة.
   • العمل بشكل تعاوني لضمان رضا العملاء وحل التحديات التشغيلية.

• Experience | الخبرة:
  Prior experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel agency operations is preferred.
  يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال التذاكر والحجوزات أو عمليات وكالات السفر.
• Skills | المهارات:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in booking systems and travel platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • إتقان استخدام أنظمة الحجز ومنصات السفر.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة.
• Language | اللغة:
  Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
  إتقان اللغة العربية؛ ومعرفة باللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

  Punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
