Job Description
  • Scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars for the commercial manager (food time, fixed events time, renewal and delivery of documents and passports, visa, hotel reservation …).
  • Employ the technical knowledge to administer the requests, researches, offers ….
  • Communicate in a professional, respectful and comprehensive way with the managers the commercial manager directions and messages.
  • Act as the point of contact between commercial manager and employees
  • Manage phone calls and emails related to the commercial manager.
  • Respond promptly to managers' queries.
  • Controlling and coordinating access to the commercial manager office
  • Reminding the commercial manager of the important tasks and deadlines and meet the CM deadlines proactively
  • Preparing and providing reports.
  • Check any document need for commercial manager revision and its compliance with the rules and procedures spicily on the sales offers and contracts).
  • Update the ERP system with the updated information
  • Follow up with the departments and ensure the timely delivery.
  • Support the commercial manager in decision making by gathering the required data, do the needed analysis (mainly SWOT) and present the analysis results in comprehensive way.
  • Follow up sales target and achievement based on the commercial manager instructions
  • Attend events and meetings outside the company/country if needed and requested by CM.
  • Follow the confidentiality rules and procedures inside the company especially that related to plans, VIP customers, VVIP names & future events.
  • Be online with the direct manager after the working hours for updates purposes only.
Qualifications

B.SC Degree (preferred in related field)

3-4 years of experience
