The Sales Manager is responsible for the identification, management, and expansion of sales
opportunities for heavy machinery brands, specifically focusing on excavators, cranes, pump trucks, and
related equipment. This role involves growing the customer base, increasing market share, and building
lasting customer relationships to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for heavy machinery brands, including excavators, cranes, pump trucks, and related equipment.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.Expand the customer base by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess customer demands.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.3 - 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy machinery brands.Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery products, including excavators, cranes, and pump trucks…etc.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
