Our client who is a leading electronic payment service company in Iraq is looking for a "Product Manager" to be joining their team.

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial services. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of product development, from market research to user experience design and business model development. Your ultimate goal will be to drive the success of the Super App by achieving customer acquisition, merchant partnerships, and total transaction volume targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and behaviors, utilizing a variety of research techniques.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
User Experience Design:
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure the product adheres to UI standards and offers an exceptional user experience.
  • Gather and integrate user feedback to refine the app's design.
Product Requirements:
  • Develop, review, and approve product requirements documents to guide the development team.
  • Ensure that the product aligns with market needs and company goals.
Mini Apps Business Model:
  • Work on the development and documentation of a clear and viable business model for the Mini Apps feature.
  • Consider pricing strategies and monetization methods for the Mini Apps ecosystem.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Present the product and its features to employees, team members, partners, and customers to build awareness and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with marketing strategies.
Product Performance Goals:
  • Lead efforts to achieve specific product performance goals, including the number of customers, merchant partnerships, and the total USD volume processed.
  • Regularly track and report progress toward these targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech or Super App industry years.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking services and financial technology.
  • Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities English is a must , Arabic is a huge plus.
