Summary

The Product Manager will oversee the product team, driving the development and execution of product strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands. 

Roles:

  • Develop and implement product strategies and road maps based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Oversee the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) to communicate product requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage and lead the product team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Drive the product development process from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
  • Ensure clear documentation of product changes and maintain comprehensive records throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Represent the product team in executive meetings, providing insights and updates on product performance.

Requirements

  • Iraqi nationality and residency
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech, banking, or consumer product sector.
  • In-depth understanding of financial products, digital payment systems, and emerging technologies in fintech.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data to inform product decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
