We are looking for a charismatic and customer-centric Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for our guests in Baghdad, Iraq.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guest Relation Host/Hostess. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

  • You will greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a professional first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with luggage handling and directions when needed.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with local culture and customs in Baghdad, Iraq.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
