Job Title: Senior Property Supervisor

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing government property from acquisition to disposition. This involves ensuring accurate identification and tracking of assets, collaborating with the Program Property Manager and Program Logistics & Property Manager to schedule and resolve discrepancies.

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and prioritizing safety above all else.
  • Comply with Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.
  • Provide necessary information and materials to relevant divisions to ensure adequate documentation.
  • Conduct random compliance audits on all sites in Iraq.
  • Develop corrective action plans for audit deficiencies and inventory accountable property.
  • Mentor lower-level Property Staff and custodians in proper process and procedures related to Government Property.
  • Identify problem areas and recommend viable solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance for physical inventories of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP).
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the system of record as it pertains to Property Management.
  • Ensure Government Property Identification numbers (GP) are properly assigned and assist with identifying Lost, Damaged, & Destroyed property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and record movement of all types of Government property.
  • Conduct Property Training countrywide on a yearly basis and establish training plans for new employees and refresher training.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Perform duties as Property Administrator (PA) for the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years' progressive experience in staff management and supply chain management.
  • Experience with SCM systems, particularly in relation to accurate inventory management.
  • Prior experience working on Government contracts is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management preferred.
