Objectives:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales strategies and processes within the mass printing and production sector. This role aims to drive business growth by ensuring efficient operations, managing key accounts, and cultivating strategic relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic sales plans specific to the mass printing and production industry, aligned with company goals.
  • Build a strong sales team by developing their skills and ensuring their readiness to implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Represent the company in relevant industry associations and business forums, advocating for the company's offerings.
  • Serve as a point of expertise and information for all sales-related matters in the mass printing and production sector.
  • Act as a company spokesperson for sales matters related to mass printing and production.
  • Oversee the execution of the company's sales sustainability strategy, working closely with the Executive Committee and functional heads, ensuring the successful implementation of sales programs.
  • Lead the sales reporting process, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in sales.
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales within advertising agencies.
  • Proficiency in Kurdish and Arabic languages is a must; English fluency is desirable.
  • Ownership of a car and willingness to travel.
  • Capability to devise innovative sales approaches that align with business goals.
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships with clients.
